Set to be the biggest development in Lakewood since Belmar the 59 acres is said to be worth around 25 million dollars!  Lakewood met last week to finalize the decision to move forward with the project.

With access to the light rail running through the 59 acres and being centrally located the development is planned for mix use and will be compiled of both offices and residential homes.  Located near 6th and union the land has access to both highway 6 and highway 70 making it a great for commuters.
