Denver Home Prices Drop In February

The Denver Post just posted an article showing that in February that home prices have dropped in the Denver Metro area. This is great news for the buyers, but maybe not so much for the sellers. 

With that being said the market is just evening out. Rather than it being predominantly a sellers market, the buyers are starting to have a little bit of control. Houses are still selling fast, and the market is still competitive, but prices are a tad bit more realistic.
