Not many people realize there are home buyer assistance programs out there!  You don't always have to have a ton of money saved to go toward a purchase of a home.  

Doing your own research online is a useful tool but, I ALWAYS recommend you talk to a lender for the most accurate and up to date programs that will work for you! 

Here are some of the programs we have used with buyer's in Colorado: Image title
FHA loans are known for their low down payment requirements, usually 3.5% down!

CHFA is one that allows people to purchase a home with only $1000 down! They do down payment assistance as well as help with closing costs!  

Image titleCHAC provides low interest and flexible loans. They also can help with down payment assistance. You get to take a free informational class to learn about how the program works!
