This year, tax valuations went up.  The county tax assessor even wrote an article in the Daily Camera addressing the increase in home prices.  But are values peaking?  CNN Money thinks so.  What do you think?  Humbly, I think CNN is off base.  Indications remain that there is strong demand for the Boulder/Denver home markets.  There are jobs, great quality of life and pent up demand that seems to be increasing, not decreasing. According to a recent study, Boulder Colo is the most educated city in the United States with over 58% of residents having a four year college degree.  This impacts the quality of life, median income, schools and housing.  See the entire article here!
